My wife, Clara Swift, and I founded Swift & Co. Realty in 2019 with one goal — to redefine how real estate is experienced at the Lake of the Ozarks. Since then, our team has sold over $350 million in real estate, become one of the most recognizable brands at the Lake, and earned multiple Best of the Lake Awards (2021–2025), along with Best Content Creator honors for 2024 & 2025.

Our nine-person team has built its success through innovative marketing, authentic storytelling, and deep community involvement. From luxury homes to lakefront retreats, we don’t just sell properties — we sell the Lake lifestyle.

Our award-winning marketing strategies have generated millions of online views, setting new standards for how Lake of the Ozarks properties are showcased. We also host some of the lake’s most anticipated summer events, including The White Party, Make Party Cove Great Again, and the Shootout Belly Flop Contest, connecting with the community on every level.

Before real estate, I spent 13 years managing top lake bars and venues, including The Horny Toad, Shady Gators, and Frankie & Louie’s — after living and working in incredible places like Las Vegas, Key West, Breckenridge, and St. Croix. Those experiences helped shape my understanding of hospitality, lifestyle branding, and what makes a destination truly magnetic.

For the past 13 years, my wife and I have also produced The Get Down Guide, the lake’s premier entertainment magazine — featuring events, dining, nightlife, and the best of what the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. Staying connected to the heartbeat of the lake keeps us ahead of the curve and deeply tuned into what our clients are looking for.

Nikki Sorenson – Lake of the Ozarks Real Estate Expert

From the city life of St. Louis to the playful waters of the Lake of the Ozarks, I made the permanent move in 2009 to fully embrace the boating lifestyle and everything the Lake has to offer. Early on, I recognized the overwhelming need for property management in the second-home market, which led me to create Elite Errands Concierge LLC. Through that venture, I built invaluable connections in the community and saw an opportunity to expand into real estate.

In the spring of 2020, just before the world changed with COVID, I became a licensed Realtor and was among the first to join Swift & Co Realty, brokered by eXp Realty. While much of the country was shutting down, the Lake remained open—fueling a real estate boom and skyrocketing my business. Since then, I’ve helped countless buyers and sellers navigate the Lake’s dynamic market, earning recognition as Lake’s Best Real Estate Agent in 2022 and achieving eXp’s prestigious ICON Agent Award in 2023.

Beyond real estate, my passion for boating and the lake lifestyle led me to also create two apparel brands, Bikini Lives Matter and Horsepower Hottie, celebrating the vibrant boating and power sports culture. Along the way, I met my amazing husband, Chuck, who shares my love for the water and the social scene that makes the Lake so special.
