On April 19th, a new chapter began for Horseshoe Bend Bar and Grill  as it welcomed new owners with a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry. Swift and Co Realty’s Nikki Sorenson played a pivotal role in bringing the deal together and is excited not only about the sale of the property but also good food and drinks.

The new owners bring over 60 years of combined restaurant experience to Horseshoe Bend Bar and Grill, sharing a passion for menu creation, event planning, and customer relationships. Their goal is simple: to provide the best possible dining experience for every guest.

A key highlight of this new era is the appointment of Chef Shane to lead the kitchen. With over 30 years in the industry, Chef Shane is a beloved figure in the Lake community, known for his culinary specialties that have captivated diners at renowned establishments like Tavern on the Bend and JBruners. His presence at Horseshoe Bend Bar and Grill ensures a continuation of the exceptional culinary standards that patrons have come to expect.

In addition to Chef Shane's culinary talents, The Horseshoe Bend & Bar is also elevating its wine menu this week, offering a broader selection for wine enthusiasts to enjoy alongside their meals.

Despite these exciting changes, Horseshoe Bend Bar and Grill will maintain its current name and business hours, open five days a week. They are open from 3-9pm Tuesday through Thursday and 3-10pm Friday and Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays reserved for rest and preparation. Furthermore, there are plans in the works to open for daily lunch service sometime before Memorial Day, providing even more opportunities for guests to indulge in the restaurant's offerings.
